EVERTON
After a victory over Blackburn the team is going to meet Fulham to finish in one of the Europa League places.
“We came here and played really well. We looked like we were not going to get all three points after they scored two really good goals. They defended well and put us under pressure but our winner was well crafted” - Moyes
Everton midfielder John Heitinga could miss the rest of the season because of a hairline fracture of the ankle.

Heitinga sat out last weekend's victory over Blackburn after suffering the injury in the previous match against Aston Villa.
Mikel Arteta looks certain to retain his place for the visit of Fulham after recovering from a groin strain but Marouane Fellaini and Dan Gosling remain absent.

FULHAM
Danny Murphy has urged the Premier League to adopt an "understanding" stance on the side Fulham are likely to turn out at Everton on Sunday.
Despite being forced to undertake a gruelling 17-hour bus journey to northern Germany, the Cottagers managed to grind out a goalless draw in Hamburg that just gives them the advantage going into next Thursday's Europa League semi-final decider.
With nothing except place money to play for, manager Roy Hodgson is certain to look at resting key men at Everton in an attempt to keep them fresh for one of the biggest nights in the club's history.
Bobby Zamora has "no chance" of making Fulham's Barclays Premier League game at Everton on Sunday according to manager Roy Hodgson.
Clint Dempsey is likely to replace Fulham's top scorer, who went off in the second half of Thursday night's Europa League semi-final with Hamburg after aggravating his Achilles injury.
Chris Baird could make way for Fulham's first-choice right-back John Pantsil, who has been sidelined with a knee injury since December.
